CV. M3 OIL develops a range of food products focused on natural sweetener, instant powder drink, cooking oil, and seasoning spices as practical solutions for the needs of the modern lifestyle. All products are manufactured under controlled quality and food safety standards, while also providing opportunities for toll manufacturing collaboration with us.
NATURAL SWEETENER STEVIA
The stevia process begins with harvesting the leaves at their optimal sweetness level, then drying them to reduce the water content. The dried leaves are then extracted to extract the Rebaudioside compound that gives natural sweetness. Next, the extract is filtered and purified to produce a clean, bitter-free flavor. The extract is then packaged until ready for use as a natural sweetener.
POWDERED COFEEE
Our powdered coffee production starts with mixing selected coffee powder with various ingredients to ensure a consistent and well-balanced formulation. The blend is then checked for uniformity before being fed into an automatic filling machine, which accurately fills and seals each sachet. The finished sachet strips are then labeled, conveyed through an automated system, and prepared for final packaging in a hygienic and efficient process.
POWDERED SEASONING
The process of making powdered seasoning begins with selecting ingredients such as spices, salt, salmon extracts, spirulina and other ingredients to enhance flavor. These ingredients are then mixed and processed to create a unique flavor with nutritious content. Powdered granule are then ground and sieve to achieve an even texture. Finally, the product is packaged with vacuum sealing until to enhance their shelf life.
COLD - PRESSED OIL
Cold-pressed processing is a modern extraction method designed to preserve the natural quality of raw ingredients at its finest. By applying pressure at low temperatures without excessive heat, this technique helps retain essential nutrients, authentic aroma, and rich, original flavor. Unlike conventional methods that may degrade natural compounds, cold pressing ensures a purer, fresher, and more premium end product. This is why cold-pressed products are the ideal choice for those who value quality, wellness, and a superior taste experience in every use.
